Hello and welcome to Cece Hartman Photo. I'm Cece Hartman Nietz, owner and photographer. I am a wife to my amazing husband and dog mom to our two fluffy rescue furbabies.

 

Over the last 17 years of photographing, I've learned a lot and the most important thing is that you never stop learning and tuning your craft. For me, photography is an art. I try to capture the real moments between people during special times in their lives.

 

I feel that communication is important and a solid foundation of any photography session. My vision as well as your vision should be shared and melded together for the perfect experience.

I am a photographer specializing capturing the special moments in your life including family photos, headshots, weddings, elopements, maternity and newborn photos.

Cece Hartman Photography is based out of Jacksonville, Florida but will photograph clients in the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia territories.
